Tempa Lama will offer the teachings, explanation and transmission of the Bon Ngondro practices. The Bon Ngondro practices open the door to the recognition of the nature of our mind. These ancient practices are very beneficial for our life and very powerful in purifying our karmic tendencies and negativities, cleansing our body, speech and mind and preparing our heart and mind to recognize our true nature.

Open Presence means facing each moment as it is without fear and without judgment. In this Retreat we will explore how we can cultivate the two aspects of Open Presence: openness and presence or awareness. When we are open and present, we experience each moment free from internal conditioning. These Dharma talks are part of our regular Tuesday evening meditations: 7-8:15pm, Olmo Ling Center, 1101 Greenfield Ave, Pittsburgh PA 15217. Like all our meditations, the talks are open to all, no registration is needed. Donations are gratefully accepted and will help us sustain our temple.
