Cancellation/Refund Policy

We request that you register for a retreat or program as early as possible. Please note that you are not officially registered until we have received your deposit.

Olmo Ling will refund the cost of the retreat less a $25 processing fee for cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the retreat begins.

If you cancel within the 24 hours before a retreat, no refunds will be given.

NOTE: Exceptions to the refund policy will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please call or visit the center to discuss.

Transfers

If you wish to transfer your payment to a different retreat, please let the center know as soon as possible.

Retreat Cancellation by Olmo Ling

Olmo Ling reserves the right to cancel a retreat if there are fewer than 12 persons registered two weeks before the retreat.

All registered participants will receive a full refund or they may choose to transfer the payment to a different retreat.
