Bon Ngondro Retreat: Teachings and Transmission

Pittsburgh, PA with Tempa Dukte Lama

Saturday May 12, 2018, 9:30am-5pm and Sunday May 13, 10am-1pm

Olmo Ling Tibetan Bon Center & Institute
1101 Greenfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217

Tempa Lama will offer the teaching and transmission of Bon Ngondro practice. Bon Ngondro is the practice that opens our mind and heart toward realization on the Path of Transformation and the Path of Self-Realization. Ngondro is of tremendous benefit to our life. It helps us build a deeper connection with our spiritual teachers and cultivate the mind and heart of awakening, the motivation to benefit all beings. Ngondro is a powerful practice for purifying karmic tendencies and negativities. By cleansing our body, speech, and mind Ngondro prepares us to recognize our true nature.

If you want to practice Ngondro in a group after this retreat, you can join the weekly Ngondro practice on Tuesdays guided by Olmo Ling chant leader Jim DelBianco.
