Olmo Ling Center & Institute, 1101 Greenfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.

In this weekend Retreat Tempa Lama will give teachings, instructions, and transmission on how to invoke and connect with Sidpa Gyalmo, the Queen of the Universe, as one’s personal protector and deity. Sidpa Gyalmo is the chief protector of Bon. The invocation of Sidpa Gyalmo is a very powerful meditation practice that offers tremendous blessings and protection to the individual. Tempa Lama has been invoking Sidpa Gyalmo every day for his whole life to share the power and blessings of this practice. The Olmo Ling community Our community practices the invocation of Sidpa Gyalmo at the Saturday morning meditation every week and at the monthly Evenings of Healing (Read more…).

We will practice together and explore:
1) What is a protector and deity practice
2) The meaning of the invocation of Sidpa Gyalmo and how to chant and visualize it
3) How to use the drum and bell for the invocation
4) How to make the main Torma of Sidpa Gyalmo and how to make the offering Torma
5) How to set up the altar for Sidpa Gyalmo
6) How to draw the Mandala of Sidpa Gyalmo.
